About Me

I've been on my own journey of growth and development for the past 25 years. From an early age I struggled with feelings of low self-esteem and the sense that I had to hide who I really was in order to be what other people expected me to be. Behind a seemingly confident mask, I was a mass of conflicting feelings - anxiety, guilt, self-criticism, self-doubt  - all bottled up and taking their toll on my relationships and life choices.

Thankfully some wise part of me knew that this wasn’t the way things had to be and propelled me onto a path of self-exploration and healing that has continued over two decades. It has led me into many different areas of study, ranging from qualifications in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Co-Active Coaching, to trainings in Shamanism and Energy Work. My passion for learning and growth has also informed my choice of career, taking me into the corporate world as a leadership development facilitator and executive coach for over 20 years, before transitioning into the work I do now, as an IFS therapist and coach.

One of the gifts of my own journey has been to deepen the compassion, insight and holding I am able to offer my clients. Whether you are seeking coaching around your life goals or a more therapeutic space in which to explore and heal old wounds, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential space in which to reconnect with who you really are and to come back to a place of empowerment, harmony and self-acceptance.
